Returns & Cancellation Policy

At ORMI, we're committed to delivering premium products and an exceptional customer experience. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After 15 minutes, your order is automatically processed and sent to our fulfillment team. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [your support email] with your order number. While we'll do our best to assist, cancellations requested after the 15-minute window cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

We only accept returns or replacements for products that are:

Damaged during shipping
Defective upon arrival
Received in an unusable condition

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be approved.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, ORMI will provide a replacement product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or used products
Products that are no longer wanted
Flavor or taste preferences
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Orders requested for return after the claim period

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier. If you still require assistance, reach out to our support team and we'll work with you to help resolve the issue.
